Ogunquit, Maine

Ogunquit, Maine is a beach town with many locally owned shops and not many chain restaurants. When visiting here I advise staying at innseason falls of ogunquit. I have stayed here the last 6 times I visited. Each time I stayed for a week and the resort was amazing. One review reads "We stayed here at the last minute while traveling through Ogunquit. We had a wonderful experience. We were given a room on the first floor. It was modern and nicely decorated. There was a fireplace in the living room, and a jacuzzi in the bedroom which we greatly enjoyed after a long day of sight seeing. The suite was exceptionally clean. The grounds were well manacured. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The woman working during our check in recommended a great place for a pizza palor that delivered. There was free coffee available at the main office. I had several conversations with different people that were staying there and they were all very friendly. Althought this was a timeshare vacation rental, the price for one night was very reasonable for the amenidies we recieved. We would definetly stay here again." She pretty much sums up the resort and how it is. One thing she didn't mention though is that it is only a relaxing 5-10 minute walk away from footbridge beach. This is an amazing place to hang out at all week long. At the beach there is fishing, great waves and if your rebellious, bridge jumping. For the little kids you can also buy crab traps and they can catch small crabs.
I highly recommend visiting Ogunquit and staying at the Falls of Ogunquit. If you are concerned about the walk the resort has a shuttle that makes it round once an hour.
